Clean, spacious common areas, good water pressure in both bathrooms. Coffee making materials provided. Easy access and centrally located in Wellington. Nothing. It is a townhouse type building with shared parking and private access on ground level. It is in back of building with private entrance off of pleasant patio. Not far from somewhat busy road, but no noise heard inside the dwelling. Would highly recommend.

The house was absolutely perfect. We were visiting relatives for the new year in the area and it was perfect. The house was clean and comfortable and the host David was very helpful and answered queries quickly . I would recommend this property and will use it again when we return to visit . Perfect in every way .

Responsive host. Squeaky clean property. Place looks same as photos. Place has basically everything an Airbnb needs. Nice touch of pool and table tennis table. A sign of Austin and painting making the place attractive. Many more positive things to enjoy! I highly recommend the place if you're travelling with a decent sized group.

It's definitely a nice experience and David the host was so responsive, caring, and everything! He made sure everything is going smoothly with us.
We got to spend days with each other and were able to have our friend and her kids over to enjoy dinner (from Cali😂). Lovely memories.
The pool itself is not clean enough to swim in but it's not because someone didn't do their job, it's because the trees from neighbor's kept falling leaves everywhere... Hope the host can figure something out to deal with that. Anyway, it's still a beautiful backyard to spend time at!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The place was well kept up with and beds were very comfortable. It was located only 10 mins away from the places we had to visit, so the distance was great and not too far from places in Austin. Overall, the place was just as pictured and everyone enjoyed it. We will definitely be back for more stays!

Clean, relaxing and well put together Villa. We had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. Grocery stores, restaurants and shops within walking/short driving distance. We had a patio to spend the cool nights outside enjoying our favorite drinks.

Absolutely loved this airbnb! its one of the best ones we’ve stayed in , the pool heater did wonder for us home was clean beds and pillows were comfortable quiet and peaceful neighborhood had no problems . David was very communicative and friendly had excellent recommendations. Will definitely recommend this beautiful home to others! Will stay again
