A beautiful and clean house in a great location! Comfortable beds, well-stocked, and conveniently close to stores and coffee shops. The pool and ping pong table were highlights. Highly recommended for a perfect stay!

Stayed in Austin for a week in Oct. The house was perfect. Beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable. House was well stocked. You are very close to a grocery store and some fast food restaurants. My son really enjoyed the pool. Our stay could not have gone better. We would stay again if we return to Austin.

Just like pics but better. Yard is private with fence. Some yard for pet; didn’t bring one this time. David corresponded with us everyday. We felt safe. Will definitely stay again

This home was beyond our expectations when we arrived. Kitchen was EXTREMELY updated and modern, living room couch felt amazing to sit and lay in with the big screen tv and accessible apps to log in, I can get over how freaking COMFORTABLE the beds were in each room! A/C worked perfect in this Texas weather, I can’t get over the bathroom in the Master bedroom because the shower was EVERYTHING. Lastly, what made me book this place was the heated swimming pool. If you’re looking for a house in Austin, choose this home! You won’t regret it and the host was very attentive, accommodated my guest and I, and made sure our time in Austin was a trip we’d never forget. Definitely will be coming back!

The house is in a fantastic location—close to everything related to the equestrian business. It’s clean, elegant, safe, and very functional. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and look forward to staying again.

David’s place was awesome! Highly recommend. My little girl accidentally broke a ceramic piece in the bedroom & I messaged him to let him know that I would replace it.. he was so understanding and said, accidents happen — don’t worry! This place was beautiful! Loved all the decor. Would definitely stay here again, if ever in the area again.

Daniel and his team made my parents feel so welcome from the moment they arrived. The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything they needed for a relaxing stay. AMAZING, so clean and comfortable. Exactly what we were looking for. Perfect space for 4 adults and a 12 month old. The space was even baby proofed with covers in the outlets. THAT was so thoughtful and appreciated. Our grandson loves to explore his surroundings. Thanks David
